Nice spot, but the facilities left a lot to be desired.

Nothing good at all – everything was awful, disappointing and exhausting. The first room had no window and was horrible, so I asked for a change and got a room on the fifth floor that was just painted and still smelled like fresh paint, with a damp wall. In the end they told me, “We’ve already changed your room, that’s it!” I told them, “You can change it even ten times, but if every room has a problem it’s not my fault.” The staff were ignorant and rude. DO NOT GO.

It’s worse than a motel and shouldn’t even be called a hotel. They charged me twice – I paid you guys for two nights, but because they didn’t record the payment at the time I had to pay for two more nights. Terrible.

“Un farsa desde el momento de reserva NO es 5 estrellas.”

I didn’t like the hotel at all. It’s miscategorized, not a 5‑star place, and we couldn’t stay in the accommodation. The linen was awful, the towels were rags (even though we paid for a superior room), the air conditioning failed and it smelled bad when I tried to open the window – instead of glass there was a wooden board. When I complained they said the hotel was used for migration records. We have an American visa and don’t need that trickery. If you can pick another hotel, that’s the best investment. They themselves claim it’s a façade for people who need to meet migration paperwork, but it’s terrible. Not suitable for staying.

“aceptable para una. noche”

The location was good and the place was clean, but there was a guest upstairs who dragged furniture all night and kept me from sleeping.
