I couldn't call it a hotel, more like a place run by strange people; we didn't feel safe and ended up switching accommodations that evening. Not recommended.

Everything was great, nothing to complain about.

The exterior of the building was good. The interior, friendliness, and comfort were lacking.

You can lock the bikes in the entrance hall with a cable lock on the long chain, though they’re only about four metres from the doorway and not in a separate room 😥. Breakfast included eggs, cheese and sausage. As for the TV, see room 14 in the photos.

The location is superb, in the old Braunau square. We’re talking about a 1700s hotel, so don’t expect modern facilities. The building is clean and tidy but shows the signs of age. The staff, while informal, are very attentive to needs and worth it. I didn’t like having to leave the motorcycle outside, but that’s my concern.
