We could grab drinks and snacks, but when we arrived at 5pm there was no staff visible, and we had to head straight to an event, so a note in the room explaining the self‑service system would have been handy since we really wanted a glass of wine; once we understood it we liked it. The wine was amazing, the rooftop pool was lovely, the room was beautiful, and the courtyard was bright and cheerful. However, we arrived at 5pm and the key was left at reception, yet we couldn’t locate reception—no sign from the courtyard and no staff reachable by phone for at least 30 minutes. Our room, though beautiful, was essentially an “upgrade” right next to reception, separated only by a wooden door, just two metres away. In the mornings it was incredibly loud and getting a lie‑in was impossible, which was not ideal since we were in town for a three‑day wedding with very late nights.

The city house is very nicely renovated with spacious rooms, and Miguel’s service was outstanding—such a warm, attentive person. The only downside is that in the mornings there isn’t enough staff; Miguel can’t always be everywhere, and a decent coffee machine would be desirable.

The detail was amazing! We especially want to highlight Cedric, who as an extremely dedicated, friendly, and attentive staff member made our stay something truly special. With great heart and passion he pampered us and was especially a big asset at breakfast. The breakfast in the beautiful garden was an absolute highlight and gave us a perfect start to the day. The rooms are very nice and tastefully decorated. We were also very impressed by the gorgeous rooftop terrace with pool – the perfect place to relax and unwind. With always fitting, pleasant background music, a wonderfully calm and relaxed atmosphere is created. You feel the love for detail and passion for genuine hospitality everywhere. We felt completely at home and thoroughly enjoyed this special accommodation. We would love to come back!
