The spot is good, close to Ben Gurion, Carmel Market and Shinkin, the staff were lovely from the moment we arrived, breakfast was good (not a buffet), the room was clean and comfortable, but the location on Allenby is under light‑rail construction, and the towels were thin and small.

The hotel is nice, but there are better choices for that price point; the staff were great.

If it weren’t for the loud construction under the window, the location would be great; the works on the road below the window started at 22:30, and when we went to the front desk to complain and spoke with the manager, we received no response or solution, repeating that they don’t have a timetable for the light‑rail works; out of respect for your guests, you should have mentioned this possibility before booking—if I’d known this could happen, I definitely wouldn’t have come.
