“Quite front beach and the sweetest family”

The front‑beach spot was spot‑on, and the hosts were the sweetest—made me feel right at home. I booked one night, but the vibe was so great I stayed longer. In the morning I could watch fishermen pull in their nets while strolling along the gorgeous beach, then enjoy breakfast with an ocean view, explore a few nice spots nearby, and before sunset take part in a tasty cooking class at the homestay. I can’t recommend it enough; I’m in love with this place!

“Ein magischer Ort zum abschalten”

A magical spot right on a secluded beach. We stayed three nights but extended to eight days to wind down our trip peacefully and quietly. The location is stunning—dining directly by the sea, on a kilometer‑long stretch of flawless white sand with no rocks, where tourists are almost non‑existent. The sound of the waves lulls you to sleep and rouses you in the morning. It’s simple yet very clean. The hosts are exceedingly warm, lovely, and helpful. Breakfast is incredibly tasty and plentiful, and if you want, you can also dine there for dinner. With a scooter, you can reach Dickwella, Tangalle, and Kudawella in just a few minutes.

The fabulous location on a beautiful, quiet, wide sandy beach. A bit basic, no air‑conditioning, but that had its own charm.

“Prachtig verblijf aan het strand in een shabby guesthouse”

Beautifully located on the beach, peaceful, with fishing boats. The owner charges a lot for everything you order (more than at beach huts or hotels) and raised the bill.
