“Jamás vayan a este hotel”

Nothing; never go to a place where you’re treated like trash. I booked and told them I’d arrive at 13:00, yet the reception staff, who clearly don’t focus on customer service, said I’d have to wait until 15:00. I showed my reservation and they didn’t care; I ended up having to walk to another hotel with my luggage because of that person. Never, ever stay here—save yourself the bad time. They treated us terribly.
