Worst hotel with worst staff. They claim you made a mistake by booking online; you booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and 1 child but at check‑in they first gave you a single double‑bed room with a small bedside, then another room at 8 pm that was a single bed, and only at 11 pm, after force and arguments, did they hand over a double bed.

The staff were well‑trained and maintained hygiene and cleanliness; service was very nice. The owner, a gentleman, even offered us complimentary 2 L bottles for our 6 rooms. If I visit again I will definitely consider staying here again. Met all needed requirements.

When I arrived, I was told no rooms were available. I had already called them on the day of booking and they said I could come, but in reality I couldn't stay—pathetic experience.

Only the area of stay. No regular cleaning. No quilt was given; a dirty blanket was provided instead. The lift was not working. They seemed indifferent to the problems faced by guests. I think it's a useless lodge. Their response to any issue was so slow that I had to wait until midnight to get it resolved, and they still charged the full amount even after a limited extra stay beyond the time.
