Mr Dan, the master of the kitchen, was always looking after everyone and keeping the mood upbeat. The view from the room was gorgeous because the bed faced the window straight on, letting me keep watching the Ha Long Bay mountains all day. Dinner was delicious and varied, and every meal had something special.
