The cleaning service was good and the city views were nice. I didn’t get the room I booked for my wife and me; for two nights the room was extremely small, the bed and space felt more like a kids’ room, and there was no table or chair. For $1,400 I felt the room was completely unreasonable for what we received. I complained and asked to be moved to a better room, and then I was charged an additional $300 just to get a more appropriate room. I don’t think it’s fair to pay $1,700 in total when the original room was not what I expected or what I believed I had booked. I would like this situation reviewed and the additional $300 charge reconsidered.
