“customer service must be taken seriously. Full disclosure is paramount”
The place was fairly clean and the price was reasonable. However, the location is terrible and there was no upfront disclosure about electricity costs charged to the client. The lady at reception had terrible customer service and clearly needs urgent training. The couches were not comfortable, no hot water or iron was available on the checkout day, and the reception lady didn't care, insisting we check out. We left without bathing, wearing the clothes we had the night before.
