The building and surroundings are nice. When we arrived, the caretaker was surprised and didn’t know about our booking. I spoke with the owner, who said she had already cancelled her membership for some issues. We were accommodated, but we had to wait because our room was still not ready. The air‑con was broken. I called the caretaker several times, and after a series of attempts it still didn’t meet our expectations. In short, we tolerated a humid room during our stay. No toiletries, scant water supply, and the caretaker is approachable and cooperative, though he smells like an alcoholic drink.
