The bed was spacious and checking in and out was easy, but there were too few lights and having tables, chairs, and a luggage rack would have made it more convenient.

The bedding was very high quality, the room had a minimalist Japanese style, and it was clear and clean.

Great value for money, but it was far from the subway.

The location wasn’t in the city center but was close to attractions like Sensoji Temple, about a 15‑minute walk, and the surrounding area had many restaurants. The T08 bus stopped right at the door (you can catch it from the Nippori platforms or from Keisei trains arriving from Narita Airport). The staff were very friendly; some spoke English but helped as best they could. Free luggage storage and toiletries were provided. Like most Japanese rooms (unless you splurge), they’re small; ours was so cramped that we left our luggage on the floor in the hallway to save the two meters between the bed and bathroom door. We only stayed three nights, so it was odd that the staff only set up the room on the first night after telling us it would start from the third night. The light switch was far from the bed, near the entrance, so we had to lie in the dark; a switch near the bed would have helped. The sink was in front of the bed, outside what we consider a bathroom, and the toilet and shower shared the same space, giving a sense of the room’s size. Despite all this, I recommend the hotel, and there’s a 7‑Eleven nearby.
