“Beeindruckende gewaltige Landschaft (Karstfelsen) in einem kleinen Häuschen/Bungalow.”
The bungalow concept was really cool. The pool and waterfall were great and beautifully lit at night. Renting a scooter was cheap, quick, and hassle‑free. The price/performance ratio was excellent, and they even handed us a small farewell gift (candies), which was a nice gesture (though we’d seen similar at other hotels, perhaps common in Vietnam). The staff were very friendly. Good dining options were available in Tam Coc nearby. The bungalow space was a bit tight. The climate blew on the bed, which wasn’t very pleasant and made me feel a bit ill compared to previous hotels. We tried to leave, but then you sweat at night. Breakfast was different from what I expected from a European perspective; we only used it once. The staff were still nice. At checkout they gave us take‑away food, which we were very happy about. From the pictures it looked like the hotel was a bit out of the way, but it’s actually between several other accommodations.
