I don’t get how they can accept, confirm, and charge for a hostel that’s been closed for three months. Booking charged me for two nights at a place that’s been shut down for 3 months—how do I get my money back and who will answer me?

The stay was excellent, rooms were comfortable and clean, the price was good, the staff were very friendly, and I would definitely come back! 100 % recommended.
