The staff were very cooperative and helpful. However, the hotel doesn’t accept card payments, which was a problem because we had budgeted some expenses for credit card use and the staff couldn’t assist with that payment method.

The location is great, right in front of the Cellular Jail, with markets and restaurants nearby. The staff, especially Mr. Saharjit, were very supportive and attentive to every detail we needed; it was a very nice experience. We only stayed one night and wish we could have stayed a few more days. Everything was good, nothing to complain about, but if the hotel could arrange a food facility it would be excellent.

The location is great, just a few minutes’ walk to the Cellular Jail and in front of Merina Park. The room was clean and comfortable. The property doesn’t have a restaurant.
