The TV didn't work, and the clerk said she would send someone up in 2 to 3 hours— this was at 8 p.m.

The restaurant inside the hotel was good, but the room door was hard to open.

Nothing to like; they sold me a reservation to a hotel still under construction. To be fair, it might eventually be very nice, but we should never have been sold a room there yet. I was stranded late at night without a room after spending $200.
