I didn't actually stay— I left because of roaches, fruit flies, mold, and the impression of smoking; there was no hot water, no TV, and the doors were broken— a truly disgusting place. I captured videos and am still awaiting a full refund. The advertising claimed it was newly renovated, but I plan to inspect the permits to see who did the construction.

The location was great, but the TV was dead, the clock radio didn’t work, the mattress springs were broken, and a swarm of tiny live bugs kept crawling into the bathroom from the drain; there was even a bar of soap left in the shower, a large dead roach on the floor, and doors slammed at 3 AM—terrible night.

The place was clean, comfortable, and close to where I needed to be, but it definitely needs some updates and feels very run down.

Everything was moldy, microwaves had been on fire, there were obvious signs of flooding on walls and nasty holes, walls, floors, and doors were rotted, my daughter had to take Benadryl and an epi‑pen after a night of black mold reactions, the lobby smelled of mold, the pool was poorly maintained, none of the outer door locks worked and were busted so random people in and out all night who weren’t staying could slip in through a side door and leave, we reported to the health department and corporate and will file a report, and we had no choice but to leave because they wouldn’t refund us and we couldn’t afford to move.
