How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Everything was good because the hotel is very pretty, the room was lovely and comfortable, which made us want to return to Orihuela and stay here again. The staff… maybe because they’re young and inexperienced, they were very unpleasant; we saw them arguing and being disrespectful.

The location is very good with shops and restaurants nearby. The room was very modern with its own plunge pool, clean, and came with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It had air conditioning, a TV, and a hair dryer, and we really enjoyed our stay. However, there were two side windows without curtains, letting in a lot of light in the mornings.

The hotel concept and room were good. The large windows should have a blind or curtain; during nap time the sun was blazing straight into the bed.

The location and bed were comfortable, and the outdoor area was nice. We didn’t receive clean towels daily and the toilet bin wasn’t emptied the whole time we were there, which was unhygienic.

The hotel was fantastic; the room had a private pool and the food was lovely, but there was no fridge.
