The staff were very friendly, unusually helpful, and nice. The rooms were in a worn state. The toilet flush didn’t work and the mattresses were saggy. The worst part was the dog barking all night.
They welcomed us very well, very sweet and good people.
“Всё отлично!”
Everything was excellent. Good hotel. Good staff. Good service.
Wonderful welcoming staff, good location, excellent hotel – highly recommend.
