The location is convenient, a few minutes from the center, and the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, but the staff’s laziness ruined everything by not cleaning. I had to ask three times for clean bedsheets, covers, and pillowcases; the pictures I attached show the mess. The staff claimed they had changed the linens, yet they used other dirty ones. The bathroom was filthy, with no effort to clean. The staff is lazy and ignorant. After two weeks traveling in Ladakh, this place is the worst among all stays, including home stays and guest houses. Avoid at all costs!

The staff is nice and the location is good, but there was no common garden as advertised, and comfort could be improved with warm reading lights and other small details.

The hotel sits in a lovely part of the city and is quiet. From there you can walk to all the interesting spots in Leh, and you can also nicely explore the little paths between the properties. The room was big enough and comfortable. In the bathroom a few minor repairs would be nice, but you can manage. The staff are very friendly and helped us well with arranging our excursion plans (getting permits, transport, etc.).
