The staff were extremely friendly and polite, the room smelled great (unfortunately the hotel didn’t sell the diffuser), and the cleaning was flawless—I’ve never seen a glass tabletop without any fingerprints—but the bathroom tended to pool water and the temperature swung between hot and cold unpredictably.

The hotel is bright, airy and clean, the room is spacious and the bed comfortable, yet I wish they had a Nespresso machine so I could enjoy a coffee on the balcony; I ended up having tea instead.

The hotel looked beautiful and the staff were all very courteous, yet the lobby was constantly freezing, making me catch a chill every time I moved in and out, and the room’s air‑conditioning seemed old‑fashioned; my husband and I felt unwell from the first night and caught colds by the second, only to recover once we switched hotels, which felt like a real waste for the price and left us disappointed with the overall experience.

The hotel’s design has a nice Lanna vibe, the staff are friendly, the facilities and décor are well thought out and the location is excellent, but the balcony door is a nightmare to operate—probably because of the aluminum material used during construction—and the bathroom’s double doors, while a good idea, interfere with the limited space, with a small door constantly in the way when you stand at the sink.
