The complex had a pool, gym and restaurant, but we never got to use them because we spent all our time fixing a booking mix‑up with Antoine, the host. Avoid at all costs – the listing was misleading and the management unprofessional. The property we arrived at was nothing like the pictures; the photos were only uploaded after I flagged the issue, proving they intentionally misled guests. Antoine ignored our messages for three days, and when we tried to contact the middleman, the property wouldn’t respond. He only used WhatsApp to dodge official channels. After days of chasing, our cancellation was finally acknowledged at 1:41 am, with a refund confirmation at 3:35 am. We lost an entire evening waiting, had to scramble for new accommodation last minute, incurring extra costs and stress. The place was filthy on arrival – fridge residue, a rusty and hazardous bathroom bin. Constant construction noise outside made sleeping impossible, a detail that wasn’t disclosed. The property is listed for sale online, raising questions about its availability. This was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. The manager’s disregard for guests, false advertising, and waste of time and money make it a place to avoid at all costs. They should reconsider allowing such dishonest listings on their platform.
