1. Great location with free parking. 2. Assisted with luggage to our room as no lift. 3. Ensuite was newer so felt cleaner. 4. Water temperature in shower was good. 1. Stained and pretty grubby carpet in the bedroom. 2. Tired and old bedroom furniture. 3. Wardrobe small and not deep enough to close properly once hangers have clothes on. 4. Only 3 out of the 5 bulbs in the ceiling light worked. 5. No remote control for TV and no way to turn it on (last person took it home?). 6. Signs of an old leak with staining in one corner of the ceiling. 7. Shower cubicle showing signs of mould in a few areas. 8. Very poor water pressure in the shower. 9. The extractor fan in ensuite did not work, with no visible way of switching it on and the amount of dust and cobwebs told us it had most likely either never worked, or never been cleaned
