A few steps from the square yet still relatively calm; everything you need was included in the room, including a small fridge and a kettle. The only downside was that breakfast could not be ordered.

The accommodation was adequate and clean, right on the square near the church and close to the castle. The church bells announcing time might be unpleasant for some, but they didn’t bother us. The staff were helpful, we didn’t use breakfast, the location was nice, but two days of bad weather were enough. We were lucky to have parking directly in the pension courtyard.

Diese hübsche kleine Pension liegt mitten in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Telč. Der Zugang funktionierte reibungslos per Schlüsselbox und wir hatten alles, was wir für 2 Tage brauchten. Wer keinen Lärm gewohnt ist, sollte in den frühen Morgenstunden die Fenster schließen, weil der Autoverkehr doch zu hören war. Außerdem befindet sich gegenüber der Pension eine Kirche, die im viertel Stunden Takt läutet. Leider haben wir niemanden vom Personal angetroffen, so dass wir kein Frühstück buchen konnten, aber neben der Pension gibt es ein nettes Café mit gemütlicher Terrasse gegenüber, das bis 11.30 Uhr Frühstück und danach Lunch anbietet. Etwa 8 Gehminuten von der Pension entfernt, gibt es einen großen kostenfreien Parkplatz

The location is gorgeous, just a short walk from the square, and the rooms are comfortable and well equipped with a fridge and a kettle. Parking is available in a locked courtyard for a fee, and breakfast can be ordered for an extra charge – we didn’t use it. The ground floor has a space for bicycles. The main entrance key was a bit tricky to lock, but it worked.
