The apartment is roomy on the first floor, the kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped with an outdoor area, the zone is quiet, parking is free, and the cleaning is excellent; I didn’t use the wellness so I can’t comment on that.

I was blown away by the mountain view, but everything else was a nightmare. The hotel is tucked into a gorgeous natural setting, yet the family that runs it seems clueless about hospitality standards. I ended up trapped there, and the lack of air conditioning—or even a fan—made returning from a noon tour feel like a punishment. The restaurant offers almost nothing; only their own odd dishes, no burgers, pizza, or schnitzel, and they forbid you to bring outside food unless you stay in a tiny isolated spot. The pool is off-limits for play, and the elderly manager even stopped two quiet children from tossing a ball. The overall management was terrible, so avoid this place at all costs.
