“Terrible, expensive and the facilities need a lot of TLC.”
We were handed the smallest bathroom I've ever seen, with no soap or shampoo, and the sheets didn't fit the bed. The cleaner who showed us the room was on site when we arrived on Sunday the 11th, but nobody else was around and we left on Wednesday morning. Nobody explained how to use the TV or any of the facilities, and we discovered a communal kitchen, lounge, and dining area that leaked heavily from the roof during daily rain; I had to scatter pots and bowls to catch the water and avoid slipping on the floor. No cleaning staff came by, no calls were made to check on us, and the overall experience was shocking and overpriced.
