The location is excellent for cycling trips, with bike parking available; breakfast was outstanding, sometimes at the sister hotel, and I definitely recommend it considering the value for money. The rooms on the Rhine side can be a bit noisy, but the view of the Rhine is wonderful.

The price charged at arrival was a scam: 99 € instead of the advertised 69 €. The room was in complete disrepair, with wallpaper from the 1960s, and the towel was barely usable—probably a brand‑new 1 € item that couldn’t dry you off. Breakfast was served at a café 500 m away, where the staff were overwhelmed by many guests; the buffet was tiny, constantly missing items, restocking was hesitant, and there were no eggs, for example.

Parking was available, the restaurant was good, and the room was tidy; breakfast at the sister hotel was fine. Nothing else.
