“Breakfast buffet was bar none.”
The spot and the view were great, and the infinity pool added a nice touch; the breakfast buffet was exceptional. However, the staff were overly inquisitive, often peering over our shoulders while we used our phones, and when we asked them to call a spa for us—since we couldn't do it ourselves—they offered a different spa affiliated with the hotel. They never actually called, and my girlfriend was hassled for not choosing their spa, which was rude and a huge turnoff in what was otherwise a very beautiful hotel.
