The Suite with Pool View includes a private entrance and offers direct sight of the pool from its garden-facing space, plus a fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator and dishwasher. Inside, the layout comprises a living area, a separate bedroom with one bed, and a private bathroom featuring a walk‑in shower and a bidet; climate control, sound‑proof walls, a flat‑screen satellite TV, coffee machine and a seating area add comfort. The room accommodates two guests.

The Queen Suite with Pool View opens onto a private entrance that looks out over the pool and garden. It includes a separate bedroom with one queen bed, a living‑room area and a kitchenette equipped with a stovetop and refrigerator. The private bathroom features a shower and bidet, and the suite is air‑conditioned, sound‑proofed and supplied with a coffee machine and a flat‑screen satellite TV.

The setting, décor, and intimate atmosphere of the hotel are lovely, but the unclear opening hours for the bar, restaurant, and Rixit, along with the strict house rules—especially the requirement to sort and discard waste in a place that is not clean and has no sorting facilities—are disappointing.

The surroundings are fabulous, the suite is great, and a special shout‑out to the staff who are very responsive and help with whatever you need—Fabio is amazing! The pool doesn’t look quite like the photos and the maintenance could be better. It’s also a pity you have to sort and throw away trash yourself given the price of the stay (just a small detail). It would have been nice if the breakfast were more varied, but it is still very good.
The structure is beautiful, surrounded by greenery, designed for total relaxation, just a 5‑minute drive from the center of Noto. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the entire staff is super friendly and helpful.

The place is enchanting, perfectly tucked into the valley of Noto, with a few rooms that are comfortably equipped with every comfort, and in our case even a private pergola; everything is clean, decorated, and well‑furnished. The food is delicious, the focus on the environment and love for the local area complete an oasis of peace and well‑being. Nothing to complain about, everything is perfect.

The location is great, but I don’t usually leave negative reviews, yet here I do: it’s a beautiful spot for Instagram, but avoid it for the service and the attention you expect from a room that costs €300 a night. It’s beautiful, but immediately you start to doubt the care for the guest’s well‑being. A text message forces you to give 48 hours advance notice of your arrival within a 20‑minute window or face a financial penalty… out of respect for the staff! The doubt disappears when you see the numerous laminated posters throughout the room and common areas filled with rules and prohibitions. You quickly feel out of place in that environment. The climax is a dance party until 1 a.m. where you’re neither invited nor warned, and the management offers no apology for the disturbance the next day. Oh, and don’t leave without taking your own trash to the bins—otherwise another penalty! After three nights I only remember being a wallet.
