The restaurant was very pleasant with good menus and staff, but the bar was almost never open and getting a water bottle was hard. The rooms were too small for what we asked, the balcony was tiny compared to previous years, and there was constant day‑and‑night noise from the avenues below. The bottles on the balcony were always empty, the cushions were ripped, the TV looked like it was from the 1960s, the balcony blinds were torn and couldn’t be lowered.

It’s my second time staying here; the train, bus, and beach are all nearby. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was perfect—I can only recommend this hotel.

“sehr angenehm & positiv überrascht”

The overall concept is spot on—serious and professional, a bit like Hapimag but a touch more modest yet still very civic. Everything, including the rooms, feels a bit larger than what you’d normally see in France. Prices are a touch lower than on the Côte d’Azur: a regular underground parking spot costs 13 €, a fenced outdoor spot 10 €, a 2‑course menu 25 €, a 3‑course menu 30 €, and a large double room 170 € in mid‑September. The City‑Park is right across the street. However, no room or apartment has a sea view and there’s no pool, though the sea is just a few steps away. Short‑term and long‑term stays in rooms and 2‑3‑room apartments are possible. The only unavoidable issue is the brutally loud garbage collection starting around 6 am.

Breakfast was amazing, the rooms were spacious, and there’s parking on site (though it costs). It’s pricey, and it’s far from Antibes city centre, so you’ll definitely need a car.

“Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenhalt zu einem fairen preis”

The hotel is quiet yet very central to the beach and harbor, with a lovely inner garden. My room was spacious, the bed was great, the bathroom and separate WC were modern and well kept. The underground parking is pleasantly generous. The staff were friendly and professional. I like the combined hotel and senior residence concept.
