How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location was convenient and parking was easy. The room wasn’t clean when we arrived: the sink had splashes of brown liquid, the splash guard was covered in toothpaste stains and grime that could have been wiped away with a cloth or water, and the bathtub still had hair from previous guests.

It was a tight fit for our two pieces of luggage. We stayed in the back unit and there was no parking on the narrow road overnight, but for a one‑night stay it was manageable. The room was small, and if you type in “Super 8 East” you actually get the address of the other Super 8 on the west end of Kamloops, which none of my emails mentioned. We ended up on the west side, had to walk across town to reach the older Super 8, and the breakfast was offered but no one was around to restock, plus one door handle fell off the breakfast room. I’ll book the west one next time.

It was cheap, and I was lucky to snag a reservation. I was impressed.

The sheets were dirty and there was hair in the tub.

The breakfast room was too small, but the food was fine. The room could use more space.
