The location is nice, check‑in via the app was easy, and it’s good value for money, but they threatened to charge us an extra pet fee even though the booking said “pets allowed no extra charges”; we haven’t paid yet and I’m unsure if they’ll bill us later.

The location was great, but the heating was set to turn off whenever nobody was moving in the house, so when I was just sitting on the couch it would shut down. Outside it was warm, so the room felt uncomfortable.
