We were greeted warmly and the essentials were explained briefly. A parking spot was reserved for us. The breakfast was a bit sparse for us, and unfortunately we had to eat in the air‑conditioned area even though there were outdoor seats, perhaps due to hygiene concerns! The vocabulary to clarify this was lacking. 😊

After lunch, everything was amazing except the woman who arrived; the owner is truly wonderful, doing everything possible to make guests feel at home, and the place is very secure with cameras everywhere, so we could leave our passports and money in peace for the first time. Right under the hotel is a lovely café that you can spend time in. The lady working after lunch wasn’t very friendly—maybe we just felt that way, she said nothing, but the place deserves five stars. Breakfast was limited, but the owner’s smile and the hot omelets he prepared made up for it, and the toast even beat me.

The modern camera setup and the furnishings are great. The lack of a lift to reach the room is a drawback, and breakfast is limited and not very varied.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. We especially want to highlight the two female staff members; both were exceptionally friendly, warm, and helpful, making us feel welcome and comfortable from the start. The design is beautiful and everything is spotless. I loved it and will stay again, but be aware that you’ll have to carry suitcases up stairs because there’s no lift. It’s definitely worth it and I’d do it again.
