The rooms were comfortable, the beds were good, laundry service was available, staff were educated, and breakfast and meals were served 24 h. I think even if I had coffee at 10 a.m. there should have been eggs.
The staff are very helpful and polite. I think the last room I stayed in had drywalls, and I could hear the person in the next room snoring.

The cleaning was good, the comfort level was high, the bed and shower were great! Breakfast was weak, the room facing the avenue was noisy, and there was no liquid soap in the bathroom.

It’s my second time staying here and the staff are very helpful. Mrs Edivania, the kitchen head, is very polite and makes delicious sweets; breakfast is very good. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. This time we stayed in room 301, I missed a larger wardrobe, the bathroom needs maintenance, the shower takes a while to heat up, which isn’t pleasant for a relaxing bath. I must report something unusual I witnessed at breakfast that was extremely unpleasant: the owners or hotel managers called a young man to talk, it seemed like a staff member, and he was questioned about several personal topics, including his mental health. Psychiatric matters are confidential and shouldn’t be discussed in front of strangers; we saw the young man feel embarrassed, and we were uncomfortable and saddened by the situation. Ethical conduct is essential in human relations, especially at work, and attention should also be paid to guests.
