Staying right next to the bus station was very convenient, but if you’re looking for a base to explore Quito this isn’t the spot. The room itself is spacious and comfortable. The staff weren’t very welcoming and apparently chose to do a deep clean in the corridors from 00:00 to 03:00, so the noise made it impossible to sleep. There was also no on‑site restaurant as advertised. In short, it works for a one‑night stay but not for a longer visit.
