The check‑in was far too late, and communication via email and at the reception was awful; the reception staff were terrible and I wouldn't recommend this place again.

We found a last‑minute spot and the location was decent for what we needed, plus there was parking. However, I'm unsure how the positive reviews and rating were earned. We booked a single night while traveling through Poland, arrived a few minutes before 10 PM, and had to call a number because no check‑in details were sent beforehand (a message could have sufficed). The windows lacked curtains, and a bright sign outside our room forced us to block the windows with towels. There were only two towels for the two of us, and they looked worn. The shower seemed new and functional, yet the bathroom itself was sparse: no shower mat or shelf, and the shelf above the sink was broken and missing. Overall, the room looked quite different from the photos on Booking.
