How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The concept and execution of the building (like the Arche) were great, and the surroundings were beautiful, even close to Nałęczów’s main park. The breakfasts were excellent, and overall it was a pleasant experience. However, many extra charges were applied even though the room standard was higher, and the biggest gripe was the lack of bathrobes – they should have been included in the price instead of rented.

A lovely jacuzzi and pool area, a big, cozy room, and a fantastic hotel restaurant. The bed was a bit too firm for me, but that’s a matter of personal preference. Breakfast was good, though the selection felt small for such a large hotel.
