The location is very central and you can explore Hanau easily from there; the staff were very friendly and helpful, but the room service never came and it gets pretty loud at night with the window open.

Nothing positive; I was scammed about parking – I had called before checking in and was told there were spots, but they’re expensive and far from the hotel. Walking with a handbag would be fine, but with luggage it’s a bit tiring; I spent an hour searching for a spot and finally found one on the street. The room on the second floor (no elevator) didn’t impress me at all, felt a bit uncomfortable with worn-out furniture. I’ll never go back.
