“We really enjoyed our stay. Such a great little town that is close to everything you want to see.”

The team was fantastic, the room was very comfortable, the breakfast was nice, and everything was very clean. They gave us a fan for the room and offered an ice pack when I had a sore knee. When I asked about hiking poles, they were available and I used them free of charge the whole time I was there. The location is great, everything you need is nearby at a good price. I would definitely stay again. Nothing really negative; it’s a great place to stay. I highly recommend it. It isn’t a luxury resort with an on‑site spa, but you can access the local spa. I would have used it, but by the end of the day we were too tired to pack up and walk across town, so it wasn’t very convenient.

Breakfast and location were good, but parking can be tough. The garage entrance is hidden behind the hotel, and it took us a while to find it. Once inside, we realized a room key is required, so if you arrive by car before checking in you can’t get in. We were lucky another guest let us in with his key. If you’re driving, check in first or ask the hotel for directions and access ahead of time. Also, don’t expect a porter to help with large or heavy bags.

“If you are going to the Dolomites this is a perfect place to stay.”

The location couldn’t be better—close to the main bus stop and just steps from the most popular lift to the mountains. The room and breakfast were excellent, and the staff did a great job. Nothing negative.
