How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The proximity to the airport was great, the room was very spacious with a comfortable large bed. We requested the airport shuttle twice; the first time it worked, but the second time, after repeated calls, we walked after more than an hour of waiting.

The ground floor of the Viale was littered with rubbish and needs cleaning.

The airport location was superb, the bathroom, beds and room were large, and the restaurant was good. The breakfast has not been very extensive or appealing for years, and the buffet area was extremely crowded with some broken machines.

I was close enough to the airport, which was exactly what we needed, and the staff—especially Carolina—were very friendly.

The location was perfect for the airport. The room did not allow us to control the air conditioning ourselves.
