The hotel was updated and the location was good, but it was pretty expensive. I called three days in advance to ask for rooms close together, and the attendant said she forgot to check the notes and the hotel was fully booked, so she couldn’t meet that request.

I was booked into a king suite but ended up in a two‑queen room that had mold, and the staff even tried to charge me for extra fees that weren’t necessary. They argued with me over the phone when I tried to explain that I had brought a pet, even though they never told me I could bring my animal into the king suite. They also never mentioned that the extra charge was $25 a night. The front‑desk lady was rude, telling the cat that I should learn how to read. I spent a lot of money only to be treated like a piece of crap, and I would not recommend this place; there are far better hotels in the area.

The location was nice, but the hot tub was out of order, which was a major disappointment since that was one of the reasons we booked the room.
