The location in Laureles is great, the staff are very friendly, and the jacuzzi in the bedroom with hot water and bubbles is enjoyable. However, there are no lights by the bed.

Everything was clean and the staff were very nice and helpful, but there was nothing else to note.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. I wish the hotel had provided more information about what was included, such as drinks and items you could put in the room, and that they had sent that information in writing or told us at check‑in.
