The rooms are beautiful and there is a pool outside. Everything is fine.

For the price it’s a great deal; we couldn’t really use the lovingly prepared courtyard with seating, table‑tennis table, and small pool because we were at a festival during the day. The apartment has everything you need. The beds are quite firm, but I slept very well. For the price everything was good, though some paint has peeled here and there. Not all apartments are ultra‑modern, but that’s not required. Suggestions for improvement: a timer for the courtyard lights, preferably 10–20 seconds longer; a spare towel per guest; dish towels were completely missing. A clear flaw: the shower wasn’t clean enough, the rest of the apartment was.

At first glance the place smelled clean and fresh, the grounds were tidy and well‑kept and the welcome was friendly, plus the 30 euro nightly rate for two people was great. A second look, however, revealed mess under the bed corner – socks and grime left by the previous guest – and the beds felt like a hard board, especially for anyone with a bit of weight on their ribs, while the pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. The room was very noisy; inconsiderate teenagers kept us awake, so we left in the middle of the night. I was in room 3, which opened directly onto the shared kitchen for three rooms, and it was extremely loud. The only German TV channel available was ARD.

The guesthouse looks really nice from the outside, offers a pool, parking, a covered seating area in front of the apartment, TV, Wi‑Fi, a clothes dryer, a large fridge with freezer, comfortable beds and a big kitchen table. The lounge lighting is weak and the kitchen countertop lacks proper light – only tiny LED dots, so you might need a headlamp to cook; we managed with a lamp but it still wasn’t right. There were cobwebs on a kitchen cabinet, a dead spider in the sink and even a live one hanging in the middle of the room, near the toilet and in the shower; the cupboards were dusty, dishes and baking trays were dirty and had to be washed before use, and the microwave was also filthy. The six‑person apartment only provided two wine glasses, the coffee mugs were tiny – bring a larger mug if you need a big coffee – and there were no stirrers and the cooking spoon was missing. For six people we got just one and a half toilet rolls for four days.
