This hotel has a great location and everything I needed was within easy reach. The staff offered outstanding service and made me feel welcome from check‑in to check‑out. The facilities were clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is good, near Sultanahmet Square, and the staff are nice. The hotel is okay, but the rooms are small and need a refurbishment; the bathroom is very small and a bit shabby.

The location was fine. Cleanliness and facilities were lacking.

Nice place, friendly staff, location is excellent. Wi‑Fi worked fine. The TV was broken because of a cable fault, which was a big disappointment. The cleaning of the kitchenette could be improved. The pillows were firm. One day I found ants on the floor; I don't know where they came from.
