The staff was helpful, but when we checked in the apple cider and cookies were gone. We went to the room and found the HVAC was not working and there was no pillow for my daughter. I spoke to the lady at the desk, who brought me a pillow but could do nothing about the HVAC, and no other rooms were available. I did receive a discount on the room, but I was really disappointed overall; the room stayed hot all night.

Everyone on the team was friendly and always helpful! My room was spotless, which mattered a lot to me. The staff kept offering little extra treats, a nice touch! I had a fantastic stay, and they were also great with my pet! The only downside was that there could have been more food options.
