The location is fantastic, the thick Greek yogurt with honey at breakfast is delicious—better than supermarket versions. There’s a free public parking lot nearby. The elderly gentleman is adorable; highly recommended!

We had a great stay. The room was very large and spacious, with a very good bathroom, and the breakfast was excellent. The gentleman at reception treated us extremely well and was always very helpful. We had absolutely nothing to complain about. The location also made it very easy to get to the centre of Fira, with straightforward access and no difficulties getting around. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a place we would happily recommend

Excellent price‑to‑quality ratio. Thanks, Emanuel. Close to the centre. Nothing to add.

The room was quite spacious, and the bathroom was even larger than at previous hotels. We stayed for four nights, and the owner, an elderly gentleman, was kind and approachable, answering questions promptly. Breakfast didn’t change much, but all the essentials were there. The location was superb, walking distance to scenic spots, and there was a parking lot nearby, making it easy to drop off a rental car.

The Kings Thiras Hotel and its owner, the very kind Mr. Emmanuel, have always been a guarantee. I first stayed with him 25 years ago, and after all these years the standards remain the same: spacious, airy, bright, and especially clean rooms. In a Greece full of expensive tourist traps, Emmanuel keeps his small hotel at a level that satisfies those looking for a clean, traditional corner with an affordable price‑quality ratio. The location is excellent, a one‑minute walk from the centre but away from the bustle, and many rooms offer a lovely sea view. Thank you, Emmanuel, it’s always a pleasure to return; consistency and respect for tourists are now a rarity.
