The location was great, the facilities were new, and the breakfast was good. Cleaning was only done between guests, so there was no deep clean to remove hidden dust; the top of the minibar was very dirty, and the trash can lid was also grimy. The receptionist was a bit stiff and could have been friendlier.

The mattress is good and the breakfast is comprehensive, but for the room rate the facilities are quite basic. The bathroom and room feel old, and the black toilet makes hygiene questionable, which bothered me. I found the hotel’s access security lacking.
