I had a wonderful time at this hotel, thanks to its clean and comfortable rooms, as well as the friendly owners who made me feel right at home. While there was one minor issue with the bed, it was easily overlooked in light of the hotel's many strengths. I was shocked when my confirmed reservation was suddenly canceled just 15 minutes after I made it. The hotel's initial confirmation was reassuring, but it turned out to be short-lived. Despite the initial excitement, the cancellation left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. The whole experience was a letdown.
