It was a new investment with plenty of rooms and a private parking lot. When we arrived the door was locked; someone inside happened to see us and opened it for us, but when we mentioned we had a reservation they knew nothing about it. The room only had bedding, towels and a pillow for one person even though we had booked for two, so we had to call to get them brought in. The bathroom was not maintained.

The staff left a lot to be desired! The cleaning lady was very upset because she was the only one and had to clean 11 rooms, so at 8 am she wanted us to leave! After a 4‑hour drive we wanted to nap at noon, but she danced loudly in the hallway; even after we pointed it out she was very annoyed! The bathroom smelled like sewage, and many items were broken or damaged.

The place was clean, warm in the room, spacious, and the host was very nice, but it was far from the city and we had to accept that. There were no slippers.
