The room was comfortable, the mattress was very good, it was clean, and the price was good. The location on a very busy street made it impossible for tourists to sleep an entire night. Inside the wall at the balcony, due to water and salt infiltration, mold vegetation with fungi appeared on the plaster. For lungs it is not exactly suitable to sleep in a room with moldy walls. A ventilation solution for the bathroom, elimination of moisture and condensation (constant heating of the room) and sealing of the external terrace board through waterproofing and better thermal insulation should be found. Regarding street noise, another solution could be replacing the double-glazed windows with thicker ones and a nitrogen-filled triple pane.
